HAROLD "HARRY" e. sEYMOUR - FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

At our helm is Harold “Harry” E. Seymour, NIA’s president and founder. With over 12 years of real estate financing, development and sales experience, Harry sets the direction of the firm. He oversees the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the company while also supervising construction projects.

Harry’s introduction to real-estate began more than 18 years ago in the mortgage industry. Years after his introduction, Harold and a group of partners decided to venture into residential real-estate construction and created CT Construction. Harry served as project manager and estimator, overseeing the construction of new homes in the $300k-700k range for nearly 4 years. With the success of CT Construction, Harry and his entrepreneurial-minded partners ventured into land acquisition and development and founded Signature Development. Harry’s duties included land acquisition, entitlement and estimating.

From the beginning, Harry’s purpose-driven approach to every project is simple. He crafts a well-conceived plan to minimize potential pitfalls while maximizing the value NIA Construction provides long after turnover. He encourages collaboration, capitalizing on his team members’ individual strengths to not only address complex challenges head on, but to consistently provide the exceptional solutions and customer service for which NIA Construction is known.
